Warranty and Return policy
RiJe warrants RiJe® Cup against workmanship or material defects for a period of 30 days. The 30 day time period begins from the date of shipment. If, after inspection, we determine that the product has workmanship or material defects we will replace the defected product or parts at no charge to you. You will be responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse, at your expense, for inspection. If the inspection, confirms that the product is not in compliance with our warranty, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs. Only Standard or Ground shipping services will be reimbursed. You will be required to provide your shipping receipt along with a proof of purchase of the product.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or negligence. The consumer is responsible for utilizing the product appropriately for its intended use.
Other than product being returned for workmanship or material defects, product that has been opened from the individual cup box, unfortunately, can NOT be returned due to sanitary and healthcare reasons.
